Facility Rentals
The Pocock Rowing Center is available for events and parties. Our waterfront location and spacious banquet room provide a wonderful setting. With ample parking and reasonable rates, we invite you to come visit our club.

Room Details
Banquet Room: 25 X 73 ft & 13 X 30 ft
- 167 Maximum capacity for standing events
- 120 Maximum capacity for seated events
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday events $125 hour (6 hour minimum)
- Monday-Thursday events $100/hour (6 hour minimum)
- $250 Cleaning deposit
Your event time must include set-up and clean-up times Cleaning deposit is required to hold the space for your event Balance due date of event, prior to the event.
Depending on room set-up, a $125.00 fee may be added.
Conference Room: 20 X 20 ft
- 8 –10 person conference table
- 30 maximum capacity for theater-style and/or standing reception functions
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday events $75/hour
- Monday-Thursday events $50/hour
- $150 cleaning deposit
Your event time must include set-up and clean-up times. The cleaning deposit is required to hold the space for your event and balance is due by the day of event.
Other Amenities:
- A kitchen is available for your use at an additional $25/hour
- Free parking is provided in our adjacent lot
- Stereo and sound systems are available
