Cross-Fit Trainer, Lianne Nelson's Strength and Conditioning Fitness Class

Lianne Nelson  

Lianne Nelson rowed for the US Team for many years culminating in stroking the 8+ in the 2000 and 2004 (where she earned a silver medal) Olympic Games. After ending her career in competitive rowing, Lianne continued in her passion for fitness and became a Cross-Fit trainer. With her knowledge for rowing, Cross-fit and continued education at the University of Washington Lianne Nelson brings a unique knowledge- base to her strength and conditioning classes.

Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements.

To achieve the results you want, you have to work hard. You have to develop
skills you did not know your were capable of. You have to be consistent.
