The PRC Intermediate program is the next step for Learn to Rowers, those rusty rowers with previous experience, and any other members looking for coaching, community, and structured feedback outside of private lessons. The intermediate program is split into three levels to ensure that all participants can receive coaching to match their experience and skill level. Each level meets three times weekly. This is an ongoing and continual program, so come to as many or as few classes as you like. Feel free to join at any time!
Level 1 is for rowers just coming out of Learn to Row or anyone else who is just learning the sculling stroke. Participants will get introduction to the sculling stroke, boat safety, and increasing development of sculling technique in singles, doubles, and quads. The move to Level 2 happens at the coaches discretion based on a level of sculling competence. Please contact one of the coaches if you would like to join Intermediate Sculling Level 2 or 3.
