Junior Winter Training

Winter training

Seattle can boast awful winters for rowing, so as the weather worsens the rowers move inside. Junior Winter Training offers a perfect opportunity for junior rowers to stay fit over the winter months and strengthen and condition to have a more successful rowing experience in the spring.

Juniors spend time erging, running, biking, and many other aerobic exercises including crossfit-like workouts and intevallic weight training.

Winter Training for '11-'12 is split into 2 seesions broken up by a two week break around new years.

Each session is $125. Athletes are welcome to participate in either or both of these sessions.

Session 1

November 14 - December 16

(no practice November 24 and 25)

Monday - Friday 4-6pm at the PRC

Session 2

January 2 - February 3

Monday - Friday 4-6pm at the PRC
