Media Cup Volunteer Call
The George Pocock Rowing Foundation is currently recruiting volunteers for the 2019 Media Cup. Local newscasters are taught to row through the month of April before racing down the Cut the week before Opening Day. The Pocock Rowing Center plays a key role in the training process. We are in need of some experienced rowers and coxswains for training AND race day! This event helps raise money for various charities, brings notoriety to our sport, and is a fun way to satisfy your volunteer hours. SUNDAY, APRIL 21ST : 12-2PM TUESDAY, APRIL 23RD : 12-2PM
THURSDAY, APRIL 25TH : 12-2PM
FRIDAY, APRIL 26TH : 1-3PM (COX ONLY)
SATURDAY, APRIL 27TH : 9-11AM
SUNDAY, APRIL 28TH : 9-11AM AND 11AM-1PM AND 12-2PM
TUESDAY, APRIL 30TH : 9AM - 1PM (RACE DAY)
